 General Terms

• All customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

• By purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Refund Policy, and our Shipping Policy.

• The K Kollectionn reserves the right to update or change these policies at any time without notice.

 

Payment & Fraud Protection

• All payments must be completed in full at checkout.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order flagged for fraud or suspicious activity.

• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes will be investigated, and legal action may be pursued.

 

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

• By purchasing, you agree to contact us first regarding any order issues.

• Filing a chargeback without contacting us will be considered fraudulent activity.

• We will provide proof of shipment, product photos, and communication records to dispute any chargeback.

• Customers engaging in chargeback fraud will be permanently banned from future purchases and may face legal consequences.

We have a NO return policy, which means all sales are final. Unless stated other wise.

Refunds will not be issued for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or failure to properly maintain your wig.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will have to get your own return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Once an order is placed, you acknowledge that no refunds are accepted. However, we are happy to offer an exchange under certain conditions.

If the items received are incorrect or the head size does not fit, an exchange may be approved. In such cases, we will provide a return shipping label. Items must be returned and inspected before an exchange is granted.

To qualify for an exchange:

• Items must be unaltered and in their original state.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Wigs must be unaltered, lace uncut, and bundles must remain unwrapped.

   

   

• Products must not be used or worn.

  Once items are received, you will be notified. Within 72 hours, we will inform you if your exchange is approved or denied. If approved, the corrected order will be shipped. No add-ons or modifications are accepted at this time.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders must be canceled within 24–48 hours of purchase. We will not cancel orders that have already shipped. If your order has shipped, you may return it (per the Refund Policy above) once it is received.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If your package is sent to the wrong address, is lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipping carrier, you must file a claim directly with the shipping provider.

The K Kollectionn does not issue refunds for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order and inspect packages upon delivery.

Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time between placing an order and receiving your tracking number.

• On-hand hair: Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
• Signature Remakes: Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.

All orders are thoroughly inspected, customized (if needed), and packaged with care. Orders placed after 5 PM EST will begin processing the next business day at 8 AM EST.

Expedited shipping does not reduce processing time. Processing may take longer during holidays and sales such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas.

If a delay occurs, we will notify you via email. You may choose to wait or request a refund at that time.
