Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking to update.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders.

  • Once the shipping carrier marks your package as “Delivered,” The K Kollectionn is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.

For international orders, The K Kollectionn is not responsible for customs fees.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or inclement weather. Once the package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
