I supplied my own hair bundles and closures for a custom coloring service. Inspiration photos were discussed and confirmed prior to service, and I also paid additional expedited fees for priority processing.
The final color result differed significantly from the requested look, and the completion timeline was delayed despite the expedited fees that were paid.
After receiving the wig, I attempted to discuss my concerns and reach a resolution directly with the merchant. However, merchant blocked me and I no longer had a way to communicate regarding the matter.
Additionally, content regarding this transaction was later posted on social media by the merchant while I no longer had the ability to communicate directly. Based on my experience, I was disappointed with both the final result and the handling of my concerns as a customer.
